The HealthBus Trust is a charity that provides accessible and appropriate healthcare to people experiencing homelessness in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.

The Trust operates a mobile GP led service, in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary NHS team, to create wrap-around care that helps people improve their physical and mental health, free themselves from addiction and move on from homelessness. The HealthBus takes healthcare to people that are on the margins of society, providing hope and opportunity at the point of need.

Help the Homeless recently provided The HealthBus Trust with a grant of £5,000 towards the purchase of specialist medical equipment.

Dover Outreach Centre aims to get homeless people off the streets and into stable accommodation.

Services include a regular drop-in facility, a winter shelter, supported housing, a community café and a social enterprise which provides training and employment opportunities.

Help the Homeless has awarded a grant of £5,000 towards the refurbishment of move-on accommodation in central Dover.

Back on Track is a Greater Manchester charity that enables homeless and other vulnerable adults to make positive changes through community learning and holistic support. This could be managing problematic drug/alcohol use, living a crime-free life, improving mental health and wellbeing, or finding a stable home.

The organisation offers a range of support and learning opportunities including employability, functional skills, creative activities, citizenship, life skills, and health & wellbeing.

Help the Homeless recently provided a grant of £3,000 for upgraded café furniture for the learning centre.
